Ingredients

  • 4 Harry & David red apples
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2汤匙水
  • 24 skewers

Instructions

  1. Place the sugar in a small sauce-pot and gently stir in the water
  2. Cook on medium high heat until light golden brown
  3. 糖在煮的时候,cut the apples into 6 even slices,discarding the core
  4. Cut the bottom of each slice until it stands securely
  5. Skewer the cut end of each apple
  6. While the caramel is warm,hold the skewer,and dip each apple slice
  7. As you remove the slice from the caramel,allow excess caramel to drip off
  8. Continue to hold,直到焦糖变硬
  9. 轻轻地取下串肉棒,放在羊皮纸上,直到可以食用为止。
